The following link has an <a href="">external site icon</a> which indicates that the link will initialize a new context. This is to fulfill the <a href="https://www.w3.org/TR/2008/REC-WCAG20-20081211/#consistent-behavior-no-extreme-changes-context">WCAG 2.0 Guideline 3.2.5</a>. Currently the icon is added in JavaScript to account for WYSIWYG-generated links.
